We are big fans of Michael Pollan’s “Food Rules” - they are simple to remember and simple to follow. Here are some that we like:
• Avoid foods you see advertised on television
• Buy your snacks at the farmers’ market
• Eat foods that have been cooked by humans
• If it came from a plant eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t
• Eat animals that have themselves eaten well
• Eat well-grown food from healthy soil
